Denver Bridal Show

Thanks to Rena’s Book this was a huge success!
I used cardboard risers that I got online, Easel necklace displays that have snaps for my chain style bridal necklaces to prevent shoplifting. I used jewelry tray liners that I drilled earring holes from the back and attached them with Velcro to the bottom of the easel displays. You can see them on the right.
For the barefoot sandal display (small table back left) I used the boxes that the “feet” came in and others stacked all around then draped with purple fabric and tropical flowers.
I found lights at Costco that were meant to go under your cupboards and they swivel in any direction. I put three on the floor behind my tables to shine up to the photo poster of the necklace so it was lit up. The photo does not do it justice!
I also configured my tables so people would have to come in and stay awhile! I’m not good at resizing photos so this is really blurry sorry, but you can get the idea.

I love these ideas! Your idea of the swivel lamp is great! I just remembered that I have one of those that sits on the floor – never thought to use it to light up my banner!!! The more light reflecting off the white canopy top, the better!
Could you explain a little further how you did the snap on your necklace displays to prevent shoplifting? I am always concerned about this, and would like to spend less time worrying about items walking off my table, yet not have them under glass – customers do want to be able to touch items.
Your booth looks fantastic – classic and elegant!

Easel Displays with snaps

Pam,
Thanks so much for the compliments! The easel snap displays are right here http://nilecorp.com/products.asp?sku=CD653V. I used every other snap so the necklaces don’t look too cramped.

colors scheme is great!

I also like your color scheme. Can you tell me how long it takes you to set up your displays? Right now I use the tray inserts and not many of the separate necklace forms to display and it seems to take me almost 2 hours to set up everything including tables. I keep looking for faster setups if possible.
Time it takes
