Country Muslin Memos

by Sue Winkel.
(Hartford, Michigan USA)

When shipping orders out to my customers, I have found the handmade little extras are just as important as the beautiful item(s) the chose to purchase from me!!

I write my “thank you” and a little something about the item(s) on a sweet little square of muslin fabric with a pinked edge. On the back I write their receipt. I draw some flowers along the edges for a nice affect.

I also include a tiny bouquet of dried flowers (from my garden) tied with ribbon, so it’s the first thing they see when opening the gift box!! Everyone loves to get flowers, even the guys!!

Thanks for your wonderful newsletter Rena! Your love for your craft shows through!

All the best,
