Licenses for Purchasing Supplies from Manufacturers?

I’m getting inventory ready to open a new Etsy shop.

I create paper bead jewelry and use various methods for coloring materials.

I eventually want to be able to sell these materials with my jewelry.

How would I go about contacting these manufacturing companies to acquire appropriate licenses?
