Past Times Altered Pocket Watch Design

This design was created by repurposing a vintage pocket watch that was no longer functional. This vintage pocket watch has a beautiful case and was worthy to bring to new life.

Pocket Watch Back Side

To the face of this watch I applied a Michelangelo “hands of God” image transfer, added vintage watch parts and sealed the top with a layer of Ice Resin.

To keep with the overall watch theme, the pocket watch was hung from an antique watch pin holder and the necklace strands were created by repurposing vintage watch chain, Czech beads, vintage beads and a pocket watch closure.

The back side of the case still opens to reveal the pocket watch movement within.
