what the Elk and Buffalo Nickel Dangler look like when worn

I’ve been working with natural materials for awhile and came across these lovely strands of Norwegian Elk.

Lately there has been a trend in the Indigenous community for really long earrings.

So I paired up the elk with some shiny beads and old Buffalo nickels and came up with these danglers.

Many of the pieces I make I donate to online auctions for Indigenous Language Revitalization.
