I am trying a new marketing approach. I need to find a jewelry category I fit into so that I can better reach my niche.

Classic black and silver

I plan on focusing on my woven pendants. I can do them in different colors, including birthstone colors.

I was looking at “casual elegance”, but I’m not sure if that’s right because they make a bit of a statement.

This is what one looks like “on”.

Yet, I wouldn’t categorize them as “bling” or “Diva”.

I need help please!

  1. Beautiful pendants! I agree that they’re too fine to qualify as ‘bling” or “diva.” “Delicate” or “intricate” seem more appropriate to me.

  2. They are really very lovely. I like intricate also or intricate woven beaded jewelry. Good luck!

  3. Nancy landers says:

The ones i see bring “victorian” elegance to mind.

  4. Your beautiful pendants have a spiritual quality about them and bring to mind the Mandalas one see’s. I would definitely head in that direction when describing them. There’s a whole audience that adores Mandala based items. They could also be described as Kaleidoscope pendants as they have the pretty repeating patterns. Of course I see fractals in them, but then, I see those in everything, lol.

  5. I was thinking “vintage style”, or “Victorian Inspired”. This then could also fit into the Steampunk genre which isn’t always about clocks and cogs!

  6. Gisela Niedenfuer says:

Your pendants are very beautiful and reminds me of the things you see in the magazine Bead & Button. Maybe you find some inspiration for naming your jewelry there. I would not use the words “bling” and “Diva” because of what I have seen in that category is often gaudy and cheap materials. Your work is delicate and sophisticated.

  7. New Cameo or New Age Cameo, or Retro Cameo,,, came into my mind while I was looking through your photos..

  8. More often now necklaces with one large component and may include smaller accents are referred to as statement necklaces.
