Thank You Card for Jewelry Customers, by Kathy Zee - featured on Jewelry Making Journal

Gift card thank you (front of card)

I give a gift to my customers on every purchase.

I was printing the cards on my computer until I decided I wanted them to look more professional like my earring cards and jewelry cards.

I saw this design with the gold that goes along with my silver and gold logo.

On the front it says: “A thank you gift just for you from ZeeBlings by Kathy Zee”. I appreciate you buying from my store. You are AWESOME. Love a surprise? Turn card over.”

On the back side it says: “Take 10% off your next order.” (I give a code for them to use.) It has my shop log in, my email, and “lead free, nickel free and hypo allergenic jewelry. Purchases help dog rescues in my local area.”

Gift card thank you (back of card)

I am not too fond of the white writing on the back. Will change that on my next order.

Got these at Vista Print for $37 for 500 cards. These are the size of a regular business card.

I put the gift and the card in a clear cellophane package.

  • Kathy, this is a lovely way to bring customers back, and it reinforces their memory of your branding. The card that will make your customers feel appreciated.

  • Colleen says:

    Classy, great idea!

  • Kristen Holdcraft says:

I love that idea! Vistaprint is the best, isn’t it? Best of luck with your sales! 🙂

  • Karen says:

Hi, I found that is less expensive than vistaprint.

  • Kathy Zee says:

Thank you for your comments. You know what is odd? Almost no one uses the 10% off coupon. But I am sure they enjoy the free gift that is enclosed with their order. I do think having the cards printed makes a more professional presentation. My earrings are on printed jewelry cards too with my logo that i paid a graphic designer to create. I feel now i have a brand, a logo that is just mine, and these cards help close the loop of not having to print something on my printer that looks like i just threw it together. And customers notice and tell me I have a wonderful presentation at shows too. I get comments on my business cards and my ‘story’ that is on the back of my business card. I will post that card in the next JMJ newsletter.

Thanks for the tip Karen. I never heard of them and will certainly check them out. I am always looking to save money on things.
