Since I live in the Desert Southwest, the glorious colors I see every day have a huge influence in my choice of design colors, as do the petroglyphs that abound on cliff and cave walls.

The labyrinth or spiral design copper pieces (from KristiBowmanDesign) begged for the etched terra cotta lampwork beads (by Covergirlbeads), the combination representing an ancient design pecked onto on red rock.

Faceted turquoise signifies our huge sky. And the red Czech glass? I put it in there for a pop of unexpected scarlet color. The copper earwires were handcrafted by me.

I love the ancient artefact look to them and hope you do, too.
