Facebook Jewelry Drawing: Is this good marketing?

I’m trying to think of a marketing gimmick that would attract Facebook friends to LIKE my jewelry page.

Jasper necklace and earrings

Maybe if I have a monthly drawing for a mystery jewelry item, it will encourage them to also spread the word and encourage their friends to like my page, too.
