Pendants: Inspired by Reading

It’s fun to show these to friends and ask what they see.

Life has been interesting as of late, no?

Kind of like looking at clouds.

I haven’t made any jewelry for months, with so much going on before the world turned upside down, and so much to think about since.

To help with the thinking part, I joined an anti-racism book club offered through an art center – where weekly art projects are part of the curriculum.

Everyone sees something different.

Turns out, this was just the push I needed to find my way back to my beloved wire and beads.

These pendants represent thoughts and feelings inspired by different readings, with the blue pearls each symbolizing a value. I am thrilled to have discovered this expressive side! Which one do you like best?
