Who Knows What This “Stuff” Might Be?

I’ve just started making jewellery, and a friend told me about this stuff that she uses to make her own pendants.

She described it as a liquid that you can put over pretty much anything and then, once it’s dried, peel it off and it’s “lifted” the pattern off of whatever you put it on (without damaging it).

She did tell me what it was called, but I’ve forgotten it, and I can’t get in touch with her. So, I was wondering if any of you guys knew what it was.
