So I learned to Use a Jewelry Saw :)

I had been making bracelets and earrings out of old silver plated forks and spoons.

Cut out spoon heart
I decided to take a one day class from a local bead store to learn to use the jewelry saw.
I have a boat load of spoon bowls (I never throw anything away!) and thought it would be fun to pound one flat and draw a heart on it, then cut it out and tap some texture into it.
It is now a necklace on black leather cording.
This one I made for myself, and my sister loved it so I made her one too. 🙂
