Picture Frame Displays

I buy wooden picture frames from the Dollar Store.(Be sure to get the kind that have an easel on the back so they’ll stand up) I then gently pound clear push pins into the top of wooden frame when it is in the horizontal position. I hang my pendants from the push pins, making a loose knot so they hang differently. I lightly scotch tape the cording on the back.

Thanks for sharing this necklace display frame idea, Irene! I especially like your innovation with the pushpins, since they could be moved easily for different arrangements of jewelry.

Question. How do customers take it off to look at or try on? I had the same basic idea but hadn’t decided how to hook them on.

Taking it off

There is a very loose knot over the push pin and a tiny piece of scotch tape holding it to the back. I just take off the tape and lift it over the pus pin and give it to them to try on. It goes back easily.

Cup Hooks

I think brass cup hooks would be very nice for this, since they screw in they would be more secure, but it’s a fantastic idea : )
