Information I Need Before Buying Online
by Valerie Bolejack.
I started making jewelry for myself. I wanted nice jewelry I could afford. Since then I have found all kinds of beautiful stones that I had never heard of, and am now starting my own online store.
But there are two reasons that I depend on internet shopping. First I was in the Army and deployed, so the internet was my only option. Now I am a 100% disabled vet and shopping for milk can be a problem on some days.
I agree that clear photos are incredibly important. If I can’t see it, I don’t know if I want it. Two, I have found that descriptions are so important. If you don’t tell what is it is, I’m leery of buying it!
I have gotten burned more than once because the descriptions were not well done. Now, no matter how nice the picture I will not buy it – I can’t get a good “feel” for it.
That is sad as I really like some of the things I saw. But I guess I view someone that will not put the basics down as non-professional. If they can’t tell me anything about it, then I hate having to beg for details to give them my money!
Now, I will ask if it’s something that I just want some extra information on… but never basic details that should been included! I love the ideas and feedback here. It’s great.
