How Do I Restore Glass Pearls?

Sterling silver, red jaspers, rhodonite and garnets

I have been working with a lot of recycled materials lately and was curious about repairing glass pearls in vintage jewelry.

Does anybody know if there is a good cleaner or a paint I can get to help in the restoration process?
