Approaching a Local Shop to Sell Jewelry

I’d like to approach a local shop about selling my jewelry & need some tips on how to go about it. The guidelines for artists submissions for this particular shop are as follows: 1) submit small images by email, or

2) submit photos or samples by mail that do not need to be returned, and

3) no walk-ins are accepted.

My questions include…What type of written correspondence do you recommend I email with the images?

I sell some of my jewelry at another shop in the same shopping district.

Should I mention that in my email?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
