Retail Jewelry Sales Contract Terms?

Hello all,

I have recently been asked by a local storefront to buy some of my jewelry wholesale from my online store csdezigns.com

The client is willing to buy my products, but is asking for a provision I am not familiar with and I am hoping you can help me with my verbiage.

I do want to consign if she is willing to buy.

However, she has been stuck with inventory that didn’t sell in the past and is asking me if I would be willing to swap out items that do not move.

I have the verbiage regarding wear and tear / care / display, etc.

What I need is a better understanding of what terms I should offer her regarding swapping out, timeframes, amounts, etc. in the proposal letter.

Any advice would be a godsend.

I will be happy to share my proposal verbiage with the group, once I get it written up, in case it may be of benefit to someone else.
