I made my earring cards from card stock.
I print them on one sheet and cut them with a paper cutter. They are 2″by 2″.
Afterwards I attach the plastic hangers from Rio Grand, (cut in half to save $).
I hang them all on my rotating stand and the beauty of it is that it does not take up a lot of room on the table.
When it is time to pack up I slip the display rack into a large green trash bag, put a twistie on the top and take that puppy home!

First I just HAVE to say . . .

I LOVE the color of your table covers!
Whenever I see someone else’s gorgeously colorful table cloths, I always re-think my own blandly neutral blue cloths! Yours are very eye catching and set off your displays wonderfully.
I love using displays you can just pre-load at home, and keep with your inventory right on them.
I’ve used the wastebasket and trashbag storage / transportation method too – and I agree, it’s fast, easy, cheap, and does the job perfectly.
Thanks so much for sharing your earring displays and the photo of your jewelry booth!
Those darned earrings!

Hi Patty
Earrings are the most difficult display items for me. I have tried many plans. I like the earring cards hanging, but do not like the rotating display stands. I am going to try the hanging cards on a pewter colored metal rack that I got from Nile.
I like cards because I can label them with whatever I need to have them say.
The best $ I have ever spent was my dymo label writer 400. I can type the description and the price, print it, peel and stick it on the cards.
(This dymo is programmed into the computer so it is really simple)
I would love other to share their earring display ideas.

Great idea for labeling, Jean!

Thanks for sharing your excellent tip on using the Dymo labeler for this purpose.
What an easy way to add a very professionally-printed look to earring cards / jewelry tags.
Thanks Girls!

The reason I picked that material is because it was so cheap! It is a good quality and I hand sewed them. They pop right on the tables (the camping tables) and I have plenty more to drape over the wooden crates( craft store) and planks of wood. That was my first show and the display looks better now. I have a big inside show to do this weekend. I make purse hangers, coasters, earrings, key chains not much jewelry anymore. My etsy site is

Thanks Rena,
I could not have done this, not have had a clue, with out your e-book on having shows. I also have the home party one too.
I am having trouble with the credit card machine I have, and need to change it. What was the one you recommend? I have national processing, paid on it forever and when I got it to 2 shows this year it did nothing.
PS. The look on my husband’s face when I was making the cement weights was priceless, men are so clueless…..

I use ProPay for accepting credit cards.
I’ve never had a problem with their service.
Thanks so much for the great feedback on my book! It’s fantastic to hear how much it helped you! :o)

A few years ago while shopping in a second hand store I found wooden levered window shutters. They fold in half. I use these for my earring display. Cards will not hang on them, but the regular plastic earring cards will. They do not take up much room and can sit on the corners of your table giving you more room for trays and other displays.
