What Can I Use to Make Blue Jewelry to Promote a Cause?

I want to make a simple shape for jewelry to promote a cause.

Thus I would be needing large quantity.

It needs to be blue, and I want it to be good quality jewelry, not cheap looking. Something nice that people would want to buy and wear.

But what can be used that is blue???

Glass i think would be too fragile unless somehow strengthened.
