A found at the sea jewelry collection.

Summer has a way of changing our yearly habits.

Early morning walks on the beach are not only invigorating, the sea glass and pretty shells are still there for the picking.

Watching the sunset gives you time to think, dream and wonder about a slower paced life style.

My mind drifted to the idea of crafting jewelry that looked like it had tumbled in the ocean for awhile and then was found on the shore.

The sea shells seemed like the perfect vehicle for a love token with pearls. The sea glass and found object found their way into a sun catcher/mobil.

I hope you find a few moments of pure joy this summer and turn those memories into a piece of jewelry or other treasures to pass on to friend and family.

  1. A lovely, dreamy post, Teri! I love early morning walks on the beach too, and the treasures you can find then. I’m always interested to see the potential uses you find in all sorts of materials – and what you create with them. I especially love your sea shell love tokens here – a beautiful idea!

  2. Thanks Rena for the JMJ vehicle to learn and show what is currently on our workbench. Enjoy your summer jewels JMJ crew!
