Rose Quartz Practice Piece

I had some rose quartz chips and needed to make myself something for their soothing quality.

I also needed to practice twisting wire. I started out with just the rose quartz on twisted sterling silver wire and hung it on a satin cord.

After wearing it for awhile I decided it needed more, so I added the fresh water pearls and spirals. After a bit more time I added the sterling chain with a handmade clasp and findings.

Certainly not my best piece, but it is one of my favorites and I still wear it. It surprises me when someone compliments it.
