Question about Purchased Patterns

I have a question regarding paid patterns. I have a online jewelry store I recently began and I am certainly a beginner and am self taught on many of my designs.

So far, all my designs are my own creativity, some from inspirations of other pieces. However, I am wondering what the rule is on selling pieces that I have made from a pattern that I have bought?

It wouldn’t necessarily be my own piece even if I change the colors correct? Therefore, is it ok to sell it on my website?

Would I just need to be sure and give credit to the pattern maker? Thank you so much for your help!!
