Polymer Clay Plastic Mold Release

I got a heavy plastic heart candy mold sheet at a yard sale, planning to make polymer clay hearts.

It seems the clay refuses to release from the mold on it’s own.

What can I use to ease the clay from the molds that won’t affect the clay?
