This is fold formed copper, a technique I learned just recently and am having a blast with! For the large one I used 18 gauge sheet and it was tough to fold but I kept at it.

Fold formed Copper Cuff

The second one is a double layer with the bottom layer (the base) just lightly textured whereas the top is more heavily textured.
