We live in an age where most people have a mobile phone, and many artists maintain photo albums on their devices.

If you own a smartphone, you more than likely have a few utility apps that can make your life easier as a jewelry designer.

Other than scheduling classes on my smartphone calendar app, here are the two I find most useful.

  1. Thanks for sharing these excellent ideas, Sheila! So smart to integrate your phone into your jewelry business in these useful ways.

Thank you! I’ve been a techie for 30 years and use my smartphone as my assistant for everyday notes. It’s so much easier to have your thoughts and notes on one device as opposed to various paper scraps. I can even save PDF instructions for a project on my device.

  3. I really need to do this more. You can also tell Siri to make the reminder or list for you which is even easier for lazy people like me!

  4. Do we also know if there are any jewelry making apps available that we can use on our mobile phones to make it easier to manage everything? If so, would anyone happen to know of any good ones?

    Thank you!
