I was so excited to read the posting in your last newsletter called There’s a Big Audience for Jewelry with Easy Open Clasps because I have recently started giving customers options for easy to open clasps in my own Etsy shop.
That posting taught me to use the toggle closures as well as others.
Currently, my ideal customer is a busy woman who doesn’t have to fool with tiny closures (they can be so frustrating to open)…and they can save time and be out-the-door.
I’d really like to include as my ideal customer the woman with arthritis or carpal tunnel, but not sure how to market to them and my busy woman customers at the same time….
I’d love to get your advice on this.
