How Do You Reduce Inventory?

My jewelry storage trays are nearly full. When I do a yearly show, I only sell a few items – so a good number of my pieces are from the first year or two of being in business. They aren’t worn down, poorly designed or anything else – they’re just older items. How do you recommend reducing inventory?

Right now I’m solely online, though I may take my trays into work this week.

I’m considering deconstructing most of the items and starting from scratch. I just bought my own house, it’s November (a new year for me), and I feel…like it’s time for a new beginning. Any advice? Should I hold onto the inventory I have and purge slowly, or go with my gut?
