Can Wire Cutters Be Sharpened?

Before I learned that memory wire can damage wire cutters, I, of course, damaged mine, and thinking I had just purchased cheap wire cutters, i just bought another pair.

Then i damaged that one.

Now, I have a heavier duty wire cutter that I have marked for memory wire. Can my damaged cutters be sharpened?
