I discovered a new way to use my lampwork cabochons while fooling around with this antique brass filigree component from Filigree and Me.

I gently pushed the edges of the metal around the cab to hold it secure then fastened a jump ring on the back to hang it with. The back look as nice as the front!

So if you love the look of cabs but don’t do metalwork or beadwork, this is a great way to incorporate them into your jewelry.
