Beading Birthday Party Flyer

One of the fastest, easiest ways to grow your beading birthday party business is to hand out enticing flyers describing your parties.

Although I no longer do these parties now that I’m spending so much time writing and publishing, I still get calls and emails from parents hoping I’ll make an exception and do one for their daughter!
There is simply an enormous market for this type of beading party business.
Below is the flyer I created on my computer, which helped me connect with interested parents of birthday girls – and schedule loads of beading birthday parties.

Making Your Own Flyer
Of course, you’ll probably want your beading party flyer to express your unique business.
So don’t feel that you have to follow mine exactly.
One of the things that’s important to communicate in your flyer is that you bring everything for the beading activity and run the entire activity, so it’s fuss-free for the parents.
In today’s busy world, people love to hear how easy you’ll make it for them to accomplish something! If I were to re-write my own flyer now, I would place a little more emphasis on that.
Now that You’ve Made Your Flyer –
What Do You Do with It?
Distribute it to everyone you know who has a daughter, neighbor, friend, or granddaughter of bracelet birthday party age.
Keep a stack of your flyers in your car, ready to hand out to interested people wherever you go – soccer games, ballet lessons, the playground, picking up your kids from a play date, etc.
Don’t be shy about handing these out – I’ve found that parents are quite thrilled to discover a fantastic new birthday party option!
They’ve already done all of the other party themes and locations in town, so this fresh idea for a creative birthday party is good news to them.
And of course, make sure one of your flyers goes home with each girl who attends your beading birthday parties. Even though they’ve just made bracelets, they all want to have their own beading parties when their birthdays roll around!
Also, while you’re promoting your jewelry birthday party business, send in a small writeup about it to your local newspaper. They may be very glad to publish an interesting feature on you and your fabulous new beading birthday party business!
