Bamboo Serving Tray as an Earring Display!

I’m always on the lookout for a good, easily transportable and quality display for my jewelry.

I have tables at both indoor and outdoor shows, and some get very busy, so I can’t have one that’s going to be easily knocked over by crowds or wind.

One day I stumbled across this bamboo serving tray in some discount store (Big Lots?) and thought ‘Hey, that would work!’ and it does!

I can display a lot or a little, depending on stock as the day goes on, by constantly varying up the spacing between them. I prop it up on something & then am able to prop my necklace (on business cards) along the bottom.

Good idea

I am wondering if your idea of this bamboo tray wouldn’t benefit from a plain background that you could fix behind, so it is not see through, but still have this nice natural theme.

Great Natural Display

What a wonderful way to bring a natural feel to your earring display. I love using found materials to display my wares and love how the bamboo tray looks. I do agree that being able to see through it can be a little distracting and some of the earrings may get lost. Maybe some soft fabric behind it would make those earrings really “pop.”

Bamboo earring display

Genius, I have racked my brains (no pun intended) for the best earring rack. I just happened to have a black bamboo tray sitting idle in my office.
