Making Jewelry with Aluminum Wire – Any Precautions?

I am the mother (aka business manager amd adviser) of a young jewelry maker.

We have benefited tremendously from the information shared on this site. Thank you.

I have seen a few articles about possible adverse health effects of working with aluminium.

Have you any idea to what extent working with aluminium wire (including hammering and filing) would have adverse effects, if any?

Are there any precautions we need to take? Currently she uses a dusk mask.
