I love old chains. They are everywhere and quite inexpensive to use in jewelry making.

The beautiful pattern and style of the links and clasps is unequal in today’s new jewelry.

Plus, it is so easy to work with these discarded pieces of yesterday to incorporate them into new designs.

This set was from old chain I rescued and a lovely old broken cloisome necklace.
