Copper and Sapphire Blue Jewelry Set

I love copper and blue is my favorite color, so my selection for this jewelry set was easy.
The difficult part was deciding what connectors I was going to use to put it all together.
I wanted a piece that showed some creativity. I played around with some copper wire and finally decided on double swirls.
I wire wrapped the individual component parts consisting of 8mm sapphire blue beads with flower bead caps and a 4mm sapphire blue bead sandwiched between 4mm copper balls.
The components are connected with copper rings (which are not soldered since I made this set just after I started making jewelry and did not have my room set up for soldering.)
I finished the necklace with a heart shaped toggle clasp, which I find easier to use than lobster clasps.
The bracelet took a bit of planning since I was making it 7″. I made 8mm bead components, connecting each one to the next, followed by a swirl and an 8mm component on each end of the bracelet.
It is finished with the heart shaped toggle clasp.
The earrings were the easiest. The copper flower bead caps are very pretty and enhance the sapphire blue bead nicely, so I chose those for the earrings. They hang on ball and coil copper colored ear wires.
