“&” Vintage Brass Letter Press Necklace

I gravitate towards anything vintage, whether is it jewelry or something that can be made into jewelry.

Last weekend, I came upon a wonderful discovery in a local shop. It was a collection of vintage brass letter press pieces. Unfortunately (or fortunately in the long run), there was not a corresponding letter for my name.

I chose the ampersand instead and absolutely love what any message it can convey, almost like a question mark. I put the pendant on a vintage pin bail with the addition of freshwater pearls, a chalcedony drop and gold-filled chain.

I know I am keeping this one for myself.
