Celestial Pendant
How I use asymmetrical designs –
I had some silver round tags left over from a previous project so I soldered them together.
I added onyx, hematite and garnet in odd places that pleased my eye.

When placing objects in a pendant I think about the negative space (the silver space around the gems) and how that also pleases the eye.
Using different sizes also adds to the design and of course an interesting and delicate chain to finish it off.

The last photo is an example of my crystal clay pendants and how you can use asymmetry to make your design represent something else, in this case an ocean.
