Mermaid Playground

This wire wrapped resin piece is embedded with mermaid treasures that I found on my favorite beach in Mexico.

The beach is where I find, not only the physical elements of my jewelry pieces, but the inspiration as well. The sea shells, coral, sea glass and other items that I use in my pieces, have a natural beauty all their own and I believe it is my task to showcase it, rather than attempt to embellish or magnify it.

The ocean and beaches that I travel, with their ever changing moods and emotions, provide me with an infinite number of possibilities for creativity.
