How Do I Get Started Selling When It’s Just Me?

I don’t have any friends or know anyone where I live.

How do I get the word out?

Any more advice for someone whose never had a business and doesn’t have any idea how to sell this stuff. Plus our personal safety equipment, personal surveillance, etc.
