Green Agate Wrapped Up

I saw this piece of Agate and liked it but wondered what I could do with it to make it look a bit more interesting.

I have done this weave figure 8 on another cabochon so I tried it again and it worked. I had 2 long pieces of 1mm silver plated wire, as long as you need to go round the piece and about 3 inches over and taped them in the middle so they are secure.

You then can start the weave with 0.4mm wire from the middle, measure it as you go along on your cabochon. Then turn round and do the other half. You then wrap the end of the wires around the top but leave 2 wires to carry the weave up to make the bale.

I have wrapped some 0.4mm wire round the bale for neatness. Hope you can understand this.
