Geometric Bliss in Polymer Clay

Geometric Bliss Polymer Clay Jewelry Set
By day I run a computer repair business, and by evening I try to do anything that does not involve a computer.
I have joined a couple FB groups in hopes that my love of polymer clay could reach new heights by learning new techniques.

I joined a group that has a weekly challenge as I thought this would be the best way to “kick start” my creativity.
I entered a weekly challenge for a technique called “Mica Shift”.
This taught me a new technique with polymer clay that I had never used before.

Earrings for Geometric Bliss Set
I had no idea what to do with the beautiful sheets of clay that I made learning how to “Mica Shift” and so I decided to create a necklace and earring set.
While I work without designing ahead of time, I find that geometric shapes provide so much enjoyment.

The sheets of Mica Shift used for the set. Many more will be made from the sheets that are left.
After a stressful day, often a little bit of something so simple to work with is the best therapy.
I have received so much positive feedback that I am creating a line of similar one-of-a-kind sets that I will sell through FB and my show I put on each year for the holidays.
