Earring Styles For Problem Ears?

Hi, I need a remedy for earrings to cover my ear openings.
Quite a few years ago, my ear openings came open and looked like a straight cut down. I had them surgically repaired.

Regular earrings are unappealing to wear, and I am avoiding a repeat surgery.

I need to design earrings that will be attractive and yet cover the slit opening (both ear lobes are showing a progressive slit that may totally open again).

Any post style I have seen, the post is toward the top of the earring.

I need a larger decorative component, with the post positioned in the middle. I don’t know how to do that.

I was thinking large enough buttons, but I still need an answer to the post/earwire problem.

Any help will be much appreciated.
