These are plain wooden bracelets(DIY BANGLES)decoupaged w/pieces of paper or painted and decoupaged w/flowers etc, then finished w/several coats of Mod Podge.

This are really nice, Irene! Great designs and colors. I love decoupage…there is so much you can do with it. I have some wood bangles here that I plan to cover with polymer clay. Thanks for reminding me to experiment with them!

Decoupaging Bangles

What a fun and cool way to design a bracelet! This would be a great make-and-take project for a girl’s birthday party, or a jewelry-making party for grownups. (Possibly the party guests would have to let their bracelet dry overnight before taking it home?)

Also it would be fun to make these for all the gals on your gift list – customizing the colors and designs for each of them!
