I’ve been creating 2-drop peyote stitch designs for about 6 years. At first, I created complex designs, but now I love creating simpler motifs — often geometric — & then playing with colors.

It’s so much fun seeing how completely different a design looks when I change the colors, especially when I reverse light & dark.

This approach also means I can often use the beads in my (rather large) stash rather than having to buy specific colors for a project & I can justify it as being a cost-effective stash-buster. 😉
