A Trio of Beaded Bracelets

I made these three bracelets the other day.

The brown glass bracelet was made from glass beads that I have had for quite some time, at least 3 years.

Bracelet: Brown Glass beads with Czech glass beads

The Black and gold one is using a gold chain and added metal square beads and black faceted glass beads and a large lobster clasp to get it on and off easily.

The third multi colored one was made from a huge baggie of beads. My left over stash of beads. I grabbed several handfuls of beads, chose a few colors that I thought went well together and this one is the result.

  1. What a great bracelet session you had, Kathy! 🙂 I especially like the bracelet in photo 2; there are so many angles – in the gold hexagon links, the faceted beads, the square beads, and even in the clasp. The third bracelet is not only a wonderful way to use beads from your stash – but it’s also one of those jewelry pieces that will go with everything since it has so many colors.

  2. Thanks Rena for your perceptions. I really enjoy the comments. I love making bracelets but somehow they don’t sell as well as the necklaces and earrings that i make, however I love bracelets so thought I would add a few more for my upcoming shows. The multi colored one was fun cause it really was from a baggie full of leftover beads. Is there a way to add two photo’s when I submit a picture? Like the bracelet and then next to it the baggie of beads?

  3. Hi again Kathy! When you submit your post, you can add a total of 4 photos. Due to the width of the posts, we can’t put two separate photos side-by-side in a post, although we can put one photo just below the other in the post. So the bracelet could be the first, and then right below it could be the photo of the baggie of beads. Does that help?

  4. Catherine says:

I love all three, but I really the colorful beads on the third one. Very pretty!
