A Refreshed Booth Look for an Indoor Show

by Robyn Pacey.

With two shows in May, I really wanted to “freshen up” my booth’s look. I needed something that looked a bit more polished, and a bit more “me.”

My table, from a different angle.

It seems like everybody uses black tablecloths, and I find that while they look great in fantastic lighting, if you’re in a room with less than ideal light some it can end up making everything look so dark.

I chose some dark taupe tablecloths, long enough to reach the floor. I bought some Rubbermaid bins that would do double-duty – they carry all my gear, and double as a riser.

I cut some boards to match the size of the bins, lay them on top, then cover with a long tablecloth. The matching busts have a collapsible back which make them super easy to pack and store.

The grid wall is new, and once I print a smaller sign to hang up there, I’ll make use of my shelf with a show-stopper or two.
