Another Use For Memory Wire

I was surfing on line one day and came across a sun catcher made with memory wire. The beads used in the piece were colored and I’m not sure if they were crystal or fire polished.

Oh joy, another interesting way to use memory wire! I decided to give it a try with clear crystal beads and no color. It has lots of sparkle but getting a good photo was a real pain.

I tried taking the pictures outside in hopes of getting some of the sparkle…. My camera didn’t like the bright sun light and refused to work. So I moved back inside and took the photos where I usually do.

You can tell what the shape is and that the crystals are not colored but there’s no sparkle. Oh, well.

However, it’s another unusual technique for memory wire. Wonder what else can be made with it…?
