Dirt Road Picture Jasper and Turquoise Jewelry Set

I have been creating handmade jewelry for about a year now and have fallen in love with semiprecious gemstones.

They are so colorful and I am thankful for so many sizes and shapes to choose from.

I create many of my designs from jasper and turquoise.

I recently started making sets for my jewelry collections and am hoping to get some shops to carry my designs in the future.

This particular beaded jewelry set embraces a combination of oval and round shaped picture jasper beads, jasper chips and round turquoise beads as well as copper seed beads.

I usually just come up with the design I want when I actually sit down and start making a piece.

I guess you can say it becomes what inspires me on that particular day.

I like making pieces with color but usually stick to lots of neutral designs with pops of color here and there.

Beading is so much fun and is a great stress reliever!

I call the collection that this particular jewelry set is a part of “Dirt Road” because I grew up in a small river town in middle Tennessee and spent my youth rambling around the hills, hollows and old dirt roads searching for unique and beautiful rocks to collect.

Since I am a country girl at heart, it was only fitting to name my business and this particular collection after my roots!
