One of a Kind Jewelry vs. Duplicate Pieces

I am just starting to make and design jewelry. I’m wondering should I make one of a kind or multiple pieces.

I like creating one of a kind pieces but what if I get multiple orders.  Should I buy supplies with that in mind or just state one of a kind only.

Will one of a kind hurt my business?
