I bought these beads and components on sale from Michaels more than a year ago and had no idea what I was going to do with them.

I hardly every name my pieces but the name for this piece came instantly.

12mm round faceted aqua glass beads, 10mm round faceted clear glass beads silverplated metal spacers, seascape toggle clasp and charm.
