I had lots of fun using your leather and lace bracelet tutorial and played with a number of lacing variations.

Leather and vintage lace

Leather and pink satin ribbon

I did not use the stretch ribbon but this would probably be the best choice since tying the ribbon is difficult when it is on your wrist.

Leather and gold cording

I purchased a leather purse at Goodwill and repurposed it for my experimental bracelets but may purchase some soft suede for the next ones.
